"Lifetime Warranty" covers parts and labor warranty related to quality issues of
● Structure and frame.
● Heating systems motors.
● Control panels displays and electronic systems.
● Internal wiring power supplies and electrical components.
● Audio systems speakers and Bluetooth or wireless modules.

This warranty does not cover:
● Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections
● Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
● Improper installation setup use or maintenance
● Electrical or power issues caused by incorrect voltage supply or non-licensed work
● Water damage moisture intrusion corrosion mold or environmental exposure
● Commercial rental shared institutional or non-residential use
● Unauthorized modifications misuse or self-repair
● Freight or delivery damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery
● Acts of nature power surges or external forces beyond Costway's control

Note: "Lifetime" in this warranty refers to the expected usable lifespan of the product under normal residential use which is typically 10 years.

Warranty Information
● Costway provides a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchase date.
● Extended warranty provides maximum 2-year limited repair or parts replacement warranty with on-site service in certain areas. This can be only redeemed by Costway Coins and Costway Warranty Card.

Shipping Information
● We offer FREE standard shipping in the US and Canada for massage chairs. Standard shipping includes placement inside your front door or garage. Delivery can only be made inside the front door on the ground floor of multi-level housing. NOT INCLUDED: Placement in your room of choice removal of packing materials and assembly are NOT included.
● We provide white glove service include: placement in your room of choice removal of packing materials installation and power test. There will be an extra charge for white glove service.
